Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Canada. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

For made-to-order or bulk purchases, processing times may vary. In such cases, estimated timelines will be communicated to you after your order is placed.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba: 1–2 business days, Vancouver / Western Canada: 6–7 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and delivery method. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Freight & Large Item Delivery

Office chairs and larger items may ship via freight. Freight deliveries are typically curbside, meaning the carrier will deliver to the nearest accessible point outside your address. Inside delivery or assembly services are not included unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
