Socan Development Inc. is committed to offering high-quality office chairs designed for durability and long-term use. Our warranty provides coverage ranging from 2 to 5 years on new products, as outlined below. All warranty periods begin on the date of delivery.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper assembly, installation, modification, handling, or transportation

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or use outside standard office conditions

  • Damage from exceeding recommended weight capacity

  • Normal wear and tear, including fabric wear, leather deterioration, or textile/synthetic leather pilling

  • Cosmetic variations or minor imperfections (e.g., slight differences in color, dimensions, finish, or natural wood grain)

  • Discoloration or material damage caused by sunlight, temperature changes, aging, stains, inks, or dyes

  • Damage from sharp objects or writing instruments

  • Damage caused by improper or lack of maintenance, including use of harsh cleaning chemicals (e.g., alcohol, detergents)

  • Products exposed to non-office environments (e.g., outdoor or warehouse conditions)
